I had an amazing experience when I took my vehicle to have 4 new tires, an alignment and an oil change. Not only was the service completed in a timely fashion, I was give a discount on the oil change and alignment. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Mike shopped around to get me the best price on my tires. I highly recommend them.

Darnell, not my real name, hah. I went here recently for an oil change (0W-20) in my recently purchased 2010 Toyota Camry Hybrid, which gets an impressive money-saving 39 mpg, BTW. I had rec'd a mailer offering a reduced price on oil changes. Anyway, a day or two later I inspected the oil via the dipstick after letting the car sit overnight (yah dats how I do it), and the oil looked brand new and was at the correct level on the dipstick (i.e. very slightly overfilled). Next something amazing happened ! I realized that the mechanic who did the oil change had fixed the busted hood release latch on the underside of the driver side dashboard ! In this car the latch is simply a flat square plastic thingy that a thin but very strong wire cable attaches to via a metal barrel-shaped thingy at the end of the wire cable. Shortly after I purchased the car a year ago the wire cable end barrel detached from its housing in the underside of the plastic hood release latch, breaking off some of the female plastic housing material in the process. At the time, I tried unsuccessfully to re-install the wire cable end to the latch. I was not charged for this repair when I got the oil change. Recently

My mother brought her 2014 GMC Yukon to J&S Auto Repair for an advertised free air conditioning check. We were fully prepared to pay for the necessary mechanical repairs. Prior to the appointment, we explicitly informed the shop that the system had already been recharged multiple times and had a confirmed, active leak. While we understand that professional mechanics must verify issues independently, J&S Auto Repair chose to simply recharge the system and add dye. They held the vehicle for two days, only to return it completely unrepaired. Rather than honoring the free diagnostic check to locate the physical leak and quote a proper repair, they billed her $223.50 for the redundant recharge and dye. To make matters worse, the initial invoice provided was unacceptably vague, completely lacking a breakdown of the labor performed or the materials used. I went into the office to address this discrepancy directly and explicitly asked for an itemized invoice. Astonishingly, the representative still refused to provide one. They offered no resolution, insisting the $223.50 was strictly for the recharge and dye test. When a customer explicitly states that a system will not hold refrigerant, c

Good experiences with J & S Auto Repairs. First time getting F-150 oil change. A little hectic with scheduling and timing by a comedy of errors. In the end everything worked out fine. Mike also did free vehicle inspection during oil change. Mike printed out the vehicle inspection report. Items needing attention were rated on a priority system. At that time Mike reviewed the report and answered/explained questions regarding his findings. The report became important as scheduling and cost came into play. Upon returning to take care of some more urgent repairs/maintenance scheduling appointment and work being completed were very timely and efficient. Also used a Coupon from a mail flyer, always nice to save a little CA$H now & again Another plus is their local shuttle which was extremely convenient and time saving. J & S have a Professional & Friendly knowledgeable staff.

I had a great experience at J&S Auto Repair. My usual place was too busy, so I decided to try them out, and I’m so glad I did. I went in early for an inspection, and they were able to squeeze me in right away. Turns out I needed new tires, and they were able to get the right ones and replace all four the same day. What really stood out was their customer service. I didn’t have a way to get home, and they actually offered a rideβ€”one of their employees drove me home and then came back to pick me up when my car was ready. I’ve never experienced that before, and it made the whole process so much easier (and saved me from having to get an Uber). Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them!
